2024 Annual Report Released

Celebrating Growth, Deepening Impact

This year’s Global Sojourns Giving Circle Annual Report marks an important chapter in our journey. With the launch of our first sustainability plan, we have moved from organic growth to intentional structure. We are strengthening what works while building the systems needed to sustain and expand our impact.

In 2024, our mentors supported more than 1,000 youth across 57 clubs in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Madagascar. Our model of consistent, relational, locally led mentorship is changing lives. Girls are staying in school, alumni are entering university and employment, and boys are becoming allies in gender equity and conservation.

We piloted alumni scholarships, opened Youth Mentorship Centers, and co-created new club and alumni curricula. Most importantly, we listened deeply to youth, mentors and communities and put their voices at the center of our storytelling, strategy and support.

This report highlights the extraordinary work of our mentors, the resilience of the youth we serve, and the generosity of our global community of supporters. As we look ahead, we remain rooted in our core values: trust, dignity and long-term, community-led change.
