Ray of Hope is run by two paid staff members and has an active Board of Directors.
Dorothy Schiamba- Managing Director
Dorothy is the Director of Ray of Hope. Having nursed family members and friends who suffered from HIV/AIDS and seeing the impact that the disease was having on the community, Dorothy became an advocate in the late 1990s for helping those who are vulnerable.
Dorothy is a nurse by profession and has been trained as a psycho-social counselor, an HIV/AIDS caregiver and in micro-finance management.
